RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Each piece in my collection is thoughtfully handmade in San Jose, California — with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Because of the handcrafted nature of my work, every item is unique. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Eligibility

This policy applies to ready-to-ship items such as home décor, cutting and cheese boards, and earrings.
All custom or made-to-order projects are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns

I do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges

If your item qualifies, I’m happy to offer an exchange or store credit for a similar piece.
To be eligible:

  • You must contact me within 7 days of delivery.

     

  • The item must be unused and returned in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.

     

  • The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

     

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours of delivery so I can file a claim and arrange a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
