Shipping Policy

Welcome! Every piece in my shop is handmade with love in San Jose, California. Because each creation is unique, please take a moment to review the details below before placing your order.

     Processing Time

  • Made-to-order items: Please allow 7–14 business days for creation before shipping. If your project involves drying flowers, just drying them will need 4-6 weeks additional to the making time.

     

  • Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 3–5 business days.

    Shipping Method & Delivery

All orders are shipped gift ready via trusted carriers (such as USPS or UPS) with tracking details sent once your order is on its way. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Costs
 Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Damaged Packages
 If your package arrives damaged, please email photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right as quickly as possible.
